Why we built it, and where it goes next.
The problem
Most POS systems sold here are too costly, too complicated, or built for shops rather than kitchens. GST, KOT, several outlets, Zomato and Swiggy: the parts a restaurant leans on were missing, or sold as extras.
The answer
So Billing Rasoi was built the other way round, starting from a kitchen’s day. GST billing, kitchen display, stock, tables and app orders, at a price a single-outlet place can pay.
What comes next
Billing and stock were only the start. Supply chain tools and sharper reporting are next on the list.
